Urban Rescue Solutions was established in 2017 after founder, Scott Carter, rescued a boy that drowned in a hotel swimming pool. With all career firefighter instructors, Urban Rescue Solutions now equips hundreds of people every month with Life-Saving Skills designed for both medical professionals and laypersons. We believe the best instructors are the ones who do CPR regularly in their jobs. Education empowers us all.
